The event began in 1937 and is a much-loved tradition for our Dofasco Family. Whether you’re interested in meeting up with colleagues and their loved ones or connecting with friends from your former Dofasco days, there’s something for everyone and we can’t wait to welcome you and yours!

Post-Party Gift & Nutcracker Pick-Up
If you are unable to attend the party, you will be able to pick up gifts for eligible children, nutcrackers and a souvenir item after the party at the following times:

Children’s Gift Tickets
Gift tickets for children up to and including 13 years old and Santa Gift tickets for children up to and including 9 years old are attached to your admission tickets. The gift tickets can be redeemed for a gift of your child’s choice at the Toy Booth for their age group, while the Santa Gift ticket can be redeemed for a gift at the Santa stage.
Exception: If you are a casual employee, please bring your admission ticket and either the birth certificate(s) or health card(s) for your eligible children to the Christmas Party Office before the party to receive your gift ticket(s).
If you are a permanent employee and did not receive a gift ticket for your child, please contact the Christmas Party Office (905-548- 7200 x3610) for assistance.
Entertainment
This year’s party will include many opportunities for your family to participate in and enjoy this holiday event. We will have continuous entertainment, as well as face painting, caricaturists, dressed characters and inflatables!
Delicious treats will also be available at stations throughout the party!
Parking and Bus Transportation
Given limited parking at the party venue, guests are asked to park in lots around the Main Office, then board a shuttle bus to travel to the party and back. Note that we have many buses that run continuously to ensure your trip up and back is quick and fun!
If you or someone in your party require wheelchair access, please call the Party Office (905-548- 7200 x3610) to receive an accessible parking permit for the F.H. Sherman Recreation and Learning Centre. These passes are for those with a provincial accessible parking permit and must be obtained in advance of the party.
On the day of the party, both your admission ticket and party accessible parking permit will be required for entry into the F.H. Sherman and Recreation Centre parking lot. The passes are not transferable to another person or family member.
In addition, families with children 1 year and under will receive a parking pass for the F.H. Sherman Recreation and Learning Centre which is included in the ticket package.

Project Rudolph Campaign
Attendees are asked to consider bringing a non-perishable food item(s) to assist Hamilton Food Share in making sure that some of our most vulnerable neighbours are served this Holiday season. Items can be dropped off at the Main Office before boarding the buses, or at the party.
