The event began in 1937 and is a much-loved tradition for our Dofasco Family. Whether you’re interested in meeting up with colleagues and their loved ones or connecting with friends from your former Dofasco days, there’s something for everyone and we can’t wait to welcome you and yours!

Magic Hour
We are pleased to bring back our Magic Hour—a special time from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to support families of children with disabilities and neurodivergence. This offers a calmer and quieter environment with volunteers to ensure each guest has safe, fun-filled experience.
Please register children with disabilities and/or neurodivergence here.
Only registered families will be admitted during this time.
Children’s Gift Tickets
Gift tickets for children up to and including 13 years old are included with your invitation. The gift ticket QR code can be redeemed for a gift of your child’s choice at the Toy Booth for their age group. You must have the QR code to pick up a gift.
If you did not receive toy tickets and are eligible: If you are a casual employee, please bring your invitation and either the birth certificate(s) or health card(s) for your eligible children to the Party Office before the party to receive your gift ticket(s).
If you are a permanent employee and did not receive a gift ticket for your child, please contact Pension & Benefits to have your child added to your Extended Health Benefits.(benefits.dofasco@arcelormittal.com).

This year’s party will feature numerous opportunities for your family to engage in and enjoy the holiday festivities. We’ll have ongoing entertainment, including some exciting new experiences for 2024!

Post-Party Gift & Nutcracker Pick-Up
If you are unable to attend the party, you will be able to pick up gifts for eligible children, your nutcracker and souvenir gift after the party at the following times:

Project Rudolph Campaign
Attendees are asked to consider bringing a non-perishable food item(s) to assist Hamilton Food Share in making sure that some of our most vulnerable neighbours are served this Holiday season. Items can be dropped off at the party.
